A KIID is a document containing key investor information relating to a fund that is a UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities).
A NURS-KII is a document containing key investor information relating to a fund that is a non-UCITS retail scheme.
A PRIIPs KID is a Key Information Document that, as at the date of writing, is prepared for packaged retail investment products (PRIIPs) made available to retail investors that are neither UCITS nor non-UCITS.
