Message from David Tyerman, CEO.

Having led the business for the past 20 years, and following the recent investment by Pollen Street, now feels the right time to transition the leadership to someone to take the business forward as part of the next phase of growth whilst preserving the culture of the organisation and client centric focus. I am therefore delighted to announce the appointment of Richard Murray as Chief Executive Officer of the Tutman group of companies. Richard joins us from Apex, where he most recently served as UK Country Head.

After a structured handover period, I will step back from my executive responsibilities and move to a non-executive director role within the group. I will continue to support our strategic direction and, most importantly, your relationship with us. I want to be clear that this will not affect your day-to-day service. Your usual contacts and service teams remain as they are today.

Richard brings over 25 years of experience in the fund and banking sectors including roles at Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Sanne Group, most recently as UK Country Head at Apex following its acquisition of Sanne. His expertise spans ACD/ManCo and fund administration across both private and public markets and multiple jurisdictions, positioning him well to lead the Group through its next phase of growth, including via jurisdictional and service line expansion.

It has been a privilege to lead the businesses for the last 20 years. I am excited for the next phase of growth, and I look forward to continuing to support Richard, our colleagues, and all our customers as a non-executive director.
